Packaging is the only piece of marketing every customer touches. On a shelf in a Dubai supermarket or a mall, your product has a second or two to be picked up. In an e-commerce box it has to arrive intact and make unboxing feel worth photographing. And it has to carry the ingredients, the barcodes, the Arabic and the regulatory text in a layout that still looks beautiful.
We design packaging from the structure up: the box, bottle or pouch, the hierarchy of what people read first, the label system that scales to a whole range, and the artwork prepared on the printer's dieline with the right colour profiles. We work with your manufacturer and your printer from the first week, so nothing is designed that cannot be made.
We have built stores for food, fashion and retail brands in the UAE and India, so we know how a product has to look in a product photo, on a listing and in the hand, not only on a shelf.
What is included
- Range and shelf audit: your competitors in the aisle and online, and where you can stand out
- Structural recommendations: box, bottle, pouch, jar or sleeve, chosen for cost, protection and look
- Front of pack design with a clear hierarchy of brand, product name, variant and claim
- A label and colour system that extends to new flavours, sizes and lines without a redesign
- Bilingual artwork with Arabic and English set correctly, plus ingredients, nutrition and legal panels
- Barcodes, batch and date areas and regulatory marks placed to your authority's requirements
- Artwork on the printer's dieline, with bleed, varnish and foil layers separated
- Realistic renders and physical mock ups for approvals and for your e-commerce listings
- Shipping cartons, tissue, stickers and inserts for online orders
- Print supervision: proof checks and a press pass where it matters
How it works
1. Discover
We handle the product, visit the shelf or the listing it will sit on, and talk to your manufacturer about the formats and quantities you can afford. We learn what the customer needs to know in the first second.
2. Plan
A scope covering the range, the formats and the regulatory text you must carry, with a fixed price and timeline. The printer's dielines and specifications are collected before design begins.
3. Design
Two or three directions on the lead product, shown as renders on a shelf and in the hand. Then the chosen direction extends across the range, with each variant easy to tell apart.
4. Build
Final artwork in Adobe Illustrator on the dieline, colours matched to Pantone or the printer's profile, text proofread in both languages, and a physical mock up checked before anything goes to press.
5. Launch and grow
Press proofs approved, files delivered to the printer, and listing images produced for your store and marketplaces. New variants are added to the system as the range grows.
Do you handle the regulatory text for UAE products?
We lay out the ingredients, nutrition, origin and bilingual labelling in the formats UAE authorities expect, working from the requirements your product consultant or manufacturer supplies. Confirming compliance stays with you or your regulatory adviser, and we make the artwork easy to check.
Can you design for a whole range, not just one product?
Yes, and we recommend it. We design a system on the lead product and roll it out so that every variant is clearly part of the family and clearly different from its neighbour. Adding a new flavour later is a small job, not a new project.
What do you need from us?
Samples of the product, the formats and quantities your manufacturer can produce, the printer's dieline if you have one, the ingredients and legal text, and a decision maker on each review. If you do not have a printer yet, we help you choose one.
Do you design Arabic packaging?
Yes. Most UAE products need Arabic and English on the pack. We design both languages together from the start, so the Arabic gets the same care as the English and is not squeezed into leftover space.
Who designs the packaging?
Strategy and art direction come from our Dubai team. Production artwork and renders are shared with our designers in India. You deal with one person in Dubai.
Can you photograph the finished product too?
Yes. Our own film team shoots product photography and video for listings, social media and campaigns, so the pack is shown at its best once it exists.
