A launch is the one moment when people are most willing to pay attention, and it passes quickly. In Dubai, where something opens every week, a new restaurant, product or project needs more than a good party. It needs a clear reason to care, the right people in the room, material they can use on the day and follow up while the interest is still warm.
We plan launches from the story outwards. What is new, who it is for and why now. Then we build the timeline, invitations, media materials and on the day support around that story, with photography, film and social content captured as it happens.
Who it is for
Hotels, restaurants, cafes and venues opening or relaunching. Retail and e-commerce brands launching products, collections or stores. Real estate developers launching projects and show units. Startups launching a product, app or new market. Brands hosting press previews, tastings or experiences.
What is included
- A launch plan with timeline, audiences, messages and the moments to announce
- Media and guest lists for previews and opening events, built for the story
- Invitations, follow ups and confirmations, handled personally
- A press kit and release for launch day, with approved images ready to send
- Press preview or media visit planning, including hosting on the day

- Follow up with attendees and media after the event, with a coverage report
How it works
1. Story and angles
We agree what is genuinely new and the angles that will interest food, lifestyle, business or trade media.
2. Plan
We set the timeline, guest and media lists, the format of any event and the material needed for each step.
3. Invite and prepare
We send invitations, manage replies and prepare the press kit, release, images and briefing for your spokespeople.
4. Launch
On the day we host media, make introductions, keep the schedule running and make sure content is captured.
5. Follow up and coverage report
We follow up with everyone who attended or asked for material, and report on the coverage and what we learned.
What you get each month
Launch PR is usually a project for a single launch, priced from the plan. Brands with regular openings or product releases can choose a retainer with an agreed number of launches a year, a standing media list and quicker turnarounds.
How it connects
Launches draw on press kits and newsrooms and often involve influencer and creator relations. Our film and video and photography teams capture the day, and our social media marketing team keeps the story going on your own channels afterwards. Or go back to all PR services.
Do we need an event to launch?
No. Many launches work better as press previews, small tastings or one to one visits. We recommend the format that suits the story and the budget.
Can you guarantee media attendance?
No. Invitations are accepted on merit and timing. We choose dates carefully, follow up personally and make attending worthwhile, which is what gives a launch its best chance.
How far in advance should we start?
Ideally eight to twelve weeks before the launch. Long lead lifestyle titles plan months ahead, while online media and creators work closer to the date.
Do you manage the event production too?
We plan and run the PR side, including media hosting and content capture, and work alongside your event or venue team for production, catering and logistics.
Can you film and photograph the launch?
Yes. Our own film team captures photographs and video on the day, so media and your social channels have material straight away.
