IT Training

You paid for Microsoft 365 and your team uses it as a slightly better email. The new phone system can do call queues, but the receptionist transfers calls the old way. Someone clicked a link in an invoice email last month. The tools are fine. Nobody showed people how to use them. We run practical IT training for teams in Dubai and the UAE, at your office, on your own systems.

Our sessions are short, hands on and built around the jobs your people actually do. A sales team learns shared calendars, Teams and the phone app. An admin team learns shared drives, permissions and templates. Everyone learns how to spot a phishing email and what to do when something looks wrong. We train on your live accounts, so what people learn on Tuesday they use on Wednesday.

IT training is delivered by Najaha Solutions, our parent company in Al Karama, Dubai, operating since 2020. The engineers who install email, phones and servers for UAE businesses are the ones who teach, so questions get real answers.

How it works

1. Survey

We talk to managers and sit with a few team members to see how they work. We list the pain points, the shortcuts nobody knows and the risks that worry you.

2. Plan

A training plan by role with the sessions, the length of each, who attends and the dates. You approve it before we book the room.

3. Install

We prepare the environment: accounts checked, the features your team will learn switched on and set up properly, sample files and exercises ready, so the sessions use your real systems.

4. Test

Each session ends with the team completing real tasks on their own, and we note where people still hesitate. You see what was covered and what needs a second pass.

5. Support

Guides and recordings are handed over, a follow up session is booked and your team can ask us questions as they settle in. We run onboarding for new hires when you need it.
