A store that does not talk to your ERP creates work every day. Someone re-keys orders into the accounts. Stock on the website drifts from stock in the warehouse until a customer buys something you do not have. Prices change in one place and not the other. For a growing business in Dubai or the UAE, more and more of the margin goes on fixing it.
We connect your store to your ERP, accounting and warehouse systems so that data moves itself. Products and prices flow from the ERP to the store. Orders and customers flow back. Stock updates in both directions as it changes. Invoices are raised where your accountant wants them. Every sync is logged and every failure is visible, so your team trusts the numbers.
Our founder has worked hands on in WooCommerce and Shopify since 2016, and we built an ordering app for an FMCG distributor with ERP sync. We know where these integrations break and how to build them so they do not.
What is included
- An integration review: your ERP, your store, your data and the manual steps that cost you time today
- A data map agreed with your team: which system owns products, prices, stock, customers, orders and invoices
- Product and price sync from the ERP to the store, including variants, tiers and promotions where you use them
- Stock sync in both directions, with buffers and rules so you do not oversell a popular line
- Order and customer sync into the ERP, with payment status, delivery status and returns included
- Invoices and credit notes raised in the ERP or accounting system in the format your accountant and the tax authority expect
- Connections to Odoo, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, Tally, QuickBooks or Xero through their APIs or connectors
- Logging, alerts and a dashboard so every failed sync is seen and fixed, not discovered at month end
- Testing against real data on a staging copy of both systems before anything goes live
- Documentation, training and a month of support after launch
How it works
1. Discover
Workshops with the people who run your orders, stock and accounts. We map how data moves today, who owns which field and what goes wrong.
2. Plan
A data map, a sync design, the connectors or custom work needed, and a fixed price and timeline. Your finance team signs off the invoicing rules before we build.
3. Build
Connectors configured or integration code written against both systems' APIs, with retries, logging and alerts built in from the start.
4. Test
Every flow run on staging copies with real products, orders and edge cases: a refund, a split shipment, a price change mid order, a product that exists in only one system.
5. Launch and grow
A phased switch over, often products and stock first and orders later, with monitoring and a month of support. Then new flows as your business adds them.
Which ERP systems can you integrate with a store in Dubai?
Odoo, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, Tally, QuickBooks and Xero are the ones we see most in the UAE, and most systems with an API can be connected. If yours is custom or older we assess it in discovery and tell you what is possible.
Does it work with Shopify and WooCommerce?
Yes, and with Magento, OpenCart and custom stores. Each platform has its own API and its own quirks around variants, stock locations and tax, and we plan the sync around them.
How do you stop overselling?
Stock syncs in both directions as it changes, with safety buffers per product, rules for items split across warehouses and a clear owner for each number. When the ERP is unreachable, the store knows and behaves safely.
Will my accountant accept the invoices?
That is the point. We agree the invoice format, numbering, VAT treatment and timing with your finance team in the plan, raise invoices in the system they already use and test them against real orders before launch.
What do you need from us?
Access to a test copy of your ERP and your store, a person who knows your data and a few hours of their time in discovery, and your finance team's sign off on the invoicing rules. We handle the rest.
Who does the work?
Discovery, planning and your contact are in Dubai. Engineering is shared with our team of more than forty specialists in Chennai, Coimbatore, Singapore and Malaysia, who built the ERP synced ordering app.
