How it works
1. Audit
We look at your domain, your current mailboxes and how your team sends and receives mail today. We check whether your messages already reach the inbox and where they fall short.
2. Plan
You get a written plan: the platform, the licences, the accounts and groups, and the date everything switches over. We agree it with you before anything changes.
3. Migrate
We create the accounts, connect the domain and move your existing mail, contacts and calendars across. Your old mailboxes keep working until the new ones are proven.
4. Test
We send and receive from every account, confirm the records with the main email providers, and set up each device in your office with the user sitting beside us.
5. Support
A month of support after go live, then a simple arrangement for adding staff, changing licences and answering questions as your team grows.
Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or Zoho Mail?
Google Workspace if your team lives in Gmail, Drive and Meet and values simplicity. Microsoft 365 if you run on Outlook, Excel and Teams or need desktop Office. Zoho Mail if you want a lower monthly cost with a clean, capable inbox. We set up and support all three and recommend the one that fits your team and budget.
How long does business email setup take in Dubai?
It depends on the number of users and how much existing mail there is to move. A small company on a new domain is quick. A company with years of mail across many accounts takes longer. We give you a date in the plan and switch over outside your busy hours.
What do you need from us?
Access to your domain registrar, a list of staff and the addresses they need, and a decision on the platform. If you already have email, the login details for the old mailboxes. We handle the rest.
Will we lose any email during the switch?
No. We move mail before the switch and keep the old mailboxes running until everything is confirmed on the new platform. Mail that arrives during the changeover is delivered to the new accounts.
Who does the work?
Our own engineers, based in Al Karama, Dubai. They visit your office to set up devices and train your team, and our Dubai team manages the project and stays your point of contact. If you also want a website on the same domain, that is designed and engineered by our own team.
Can you fix email that keeps going to spam?
Yes. Most spam problems come from missing or wrong SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, or from a shared hosting mail server with a poor reputation. We correct the records, move sending to your email platform and check delivery to the major providers.
