Our maintenance and support plans take that off your desk. We update, back up, monitor and secure your site on a schedule, test it after every change, and fix problems before you hear about them. You also get a team to send changes to: a new page, a price update, a banner for a campaign, a form that needs another field. The same people who build websites look after them, so nothing is a mystery.
We look after WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify sites, including ones we did not build, and our founder has maintained WordPress and WooCommerce sites hands on since 2016.

How it works
1. Audit
We review your site as it stands: versions, plugins, hosting, backups, security, speed and search health. You get a written list of what needs attention now and what can wait.
2. Plan
We fix the urgent issues, then agree a monthly plan: the update schedule, the hours of content changes included and how you send requests. Priced in writing, cancel with a month's notice.
3. Set up
Staging environment, backups, monitoring, security tooling and access. We document the site so any of our team can work on it.
4. Run
Updates, backups, checks and changes every month, with every change tested. You send requests by email or WhatsApp and we confirm when they are done.
5. Report
A monthly report of updates applied, issues found and fixed, speed scores and search health, with recommendations for what to improve next.
Do you maintain sites you did not build?
Yes. Most of the sites we look after were built by someone else. We start with an audit, fix what is urgent and take it from there. If a site is in poor shape we tell you honestly whether to maintain it or rebuild it.
What platforms do you support?
WordPress and WooCommerce, which is most of what we see, and Shopify stores. Custom applications we have built are covered under their own support plans.
What happens if the site goes down or gets hacked?
Monitoring alerts us, and we restore from a tested backup or clean the site and close the hole it came through. Then we tell you what happened and what we changed so it does not happen again.
Who does the work?
Your named contact is in our Dubai team and handles requests and reporting. Routine updates and technical work are shared with our team in India, which lets us keep plans affordable without cutting corners.
Is there a minimum contract?
No long contract. Plans are monthly and you can cancel with a month's notice. Most clients stay because it is cheaper than finding out the hard way.
Can you also improve the site, not only maintain it?
Yes. Content changes are part of every plan, and larger improvements, new pages, speed work or a redesign are quoted separately and done by the same team.
Does the plan cover hosting?
It can. We either manage the hosting you have or move you to hosting that suits the site, with a CDN, caching and backups set up. Hosting fees are separate and shown in writing.
