Calls ring on one desk while the person is in a meeting. Nobody knows who called back. The receptionist is the only person who can transfer, and the sales team gives out personal mobile numbers. A modern phone system fixes this. We install IP PABX and 3CX phone systems for companies in Dubai and the UAE.
An IP phone system runs over your network rather than separate telephone wiring. Calls come in over a SIP trunk from your telecom provider, ring on desk phones, computers and mobile apps at the same time, queue when everyone is busy and record where you need them to. 3CX is our usual platform because it runs on a small server or in the cloud, works with handsets from many makers and gives your team one app for calls, chat and video.
Phone systems are delivered by Najaha Solutions, our parent company in Al Karama, Dubai, operating since 2020. Our engineers install on site across the UAE, from the handsets on the desks to the trunk from your provider.

How it works
1. Survey
We map how calls arrive, who answers, where they go and where they get lost. We check your network and internet connection, because call quality depends on them.
2. Plan
A design with the platform, the number of users and handsets, the trunk, the call flows and a fixed quote. We agree the cut over date around your quietest hours.
3. Install
The system is built and the handsets provisioned before the visit. On site we place phones, connect the trunk, port your numbers and set up the apps on your team's devices.
4. Test
Inbound, outbound, transfers, queues, voicemail, recording and the mobile apps are all tested with real calls. Then your receptionist runs a day with us on hand.
5. Support
A month of support after cut over, then help with new users, changes to call flows and anything that stops ringing. We keep the system updated and the licences renewed.
Can we keep our existing phone numbers?
Yes, in almost every case. We arrange the port with your provider or connect the new system to your existing lines through a gateway. Your customers keep dialling the same numbers.
Why 3CX?
It runs on modest hardware or in the cloud, works with handsets from many makers so you are not locked into one brand, and includes apps for Windows, macOS, iOS and Android. Its licensing is by simultaneous calls rather than per user, which suits most companies. We also install other IP PABX systems where there is a good reason.
Does it work in the UAE with e& or du?
Yes. We connect the system to SIP trunks from UAE telecom providers and configure the settings they require. Where a business still has traditional lines, we connect those through a gateway.
Can staff use their mobiles?
Yes. The 3CX app on a mobile rings when the office number is called, shows the company number when they call out and keeps personal numbers private.
What do we need from our side?
A reliable internet connection, a network that can carry voice, which we check in the survey, and the details of your current provider and numbers. We handle the rest, including the server or cloud hosting.
Who does the work?
Our own engineers in Al Karama, Dubai, who install on site across the UAE. Our Dubai team manages the project and trains your staff. If you want the phone system linked to a website, a booking tool or an app we build, that software is engineered by our own team.
