Web Portals

Secure web portals that give customers, members, partners or staff their own place to log in, see what matters and get things done without calling you. For organisations in Dubai and the UAE that are drowning in email.

If your team in Dubai spends its day answering the same questions by email, sending the same documents and chasing the same forms, you need a portal. A portal gives each customer, member, partner, student or employee a login and a view of exactly what concerns them: their orders, their invoices, their applications, their documents, their next step. The questions stop arriving because the answers are already there.

We design and build portals that people actually use, which means they work on a phone, they load fast, they are obvious without training and they are secure by default. Every portal connects to the systems you already run rather than creating another copy of the data, so what the customer sees is what your team sees.

Our Dubai team has scoped portal and ordering systems for distribution, recruitment and healthcare clients, with engineering by our own team.

What is included

  • Discovery with the people on both sides of the portal: the ones who will log in and the ones who answer them today
  • Secure authentication with roles and permissions, single sign on where your organisation already has it, and two factor options
  • Personal dashboards that show each user only what belongs to them
  • Document, invoice and statement areas with secure download and upload
  • Forms, requests and applications with status tracking, so nobody has to ask where things are
  • Integrations with your ERP, CRM, accounting or student and member systems
  • Notifications by email, SMS or WhatsApp when something needs attention
  • Admin screens for your team to manage users, content and requests
  • Arabic and English interface where your users need it
  • Security review, penetration test support, documentation and a month of support after launch

How it works

1. Discover

We shadow the emails and calls the portal will replace and list every question, document and request. We audit the systems the portal must connect to and confirm what their APIs allow.

2. Plan

User roles, screens, data flows and rules written as a specification you can read. A fixed scope with price and timeline, usually released in stages so the most valuable part launches first.

3. Design

Every screen designed for the person who will use it, on a phone for customers and on a desktop for your staff. Empty states, errors and permissions are designed, not left to chance.

4. Build

Built to coding standards with a second developer reviewing every change, automated tests on authentication and data access, and a staging portal your team tests with real scenarios.

5. Launch and grow

A staged rollout, often starting with one group of users, then monitoring, a month of support and a maintenance plan. Portals grow, so we plan the next stage with you.

What kinds of portal do you build?

Customer portals for orders, invoices and support. Member portals for associations and clubs. Partner and distributor portals for ordering and pricing. Student and parent portals for schools. Staff portals for HR and documents. The pattern is the same, the rules are yours.

Can the portal connect to our existing systems?

That is usually the point. We integrate with ERP, CRM, accounting and member systems through their APIs, and we check what each one allows during discovery. Where a system has no API we talk through the options honestly.

How secure is it?

Security is the first priority in how we build. Every input is validated, every page checks who is asking, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we add two factor authentication and single sign on where you need them. We support an independent penetration test before launch if your policy requires it.

Who builds it?

Our Dubai team runs discovery, writes the specification and manages the project. Engineering is shared with our development team, who have built ordering and recruitment systems that run every day.

Do you build portals on WordPress?

Sometimes. A simple member area with documents and gated content can live inside WordPress alongside your site. A portal with complex rules, heavy data or integrations is better built on a framework such as Laravel, with the website linking to it. We recommend the one that fits.

How long does a portal take?

A first release usually takes a few months, depending on integrations and the number of user types. We release in stages so your users get the most valuable part early, and the plan fixes the timeline before design starts.
