An online store is not a website with a basket. It has to take payment in AED, charge VAT correctly, offer buy now pay later, hand each order to a courier, keep stock in step with your warehouse and still load fast on a phone. Most stores in Dubai and the UAE fail at one of those.
We build stores that get all of it right, on the platform that fits you. Our founder has worked hands on in WooCommerce and Shopify since 2016. We have built a Shopify store for a natural foods brand, a remote control car store that sells across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, and fashion, furniture, florist and food stores in India. Every store is planned to a fixed scope, built to our published performance budget and handed over with a month of support.
What we do
Platforms. Shopify for brands that want a hosted platform to handle payments and security. WooCommerce when the store and the content belong in one WordPress site and you want full control without monthly fees. Magento and OpenCart when you already run them or need their catalogue depth. Custom builds when no platform fits the way you sell. We work on all of them, so our recommendation is about your business, not our comfort.
Integrations. A store earns its keep when it talks to the rest of the business. We set up payment gateways such as Shopify Payments, Stripe, Telr, PayTabs, Tabby and Tamara, with cash on delivery where it still matters. We connect couriers such as Aramex for rates, labels and tracking. We open seller accounts on Amazon.ae and Noon, and we sync stock, orders and invoices with your ERP.
Growth. A store with no traffic is a warehouse with a nice front door. Our e-commerce SEO service structures categories, products and content so people searching in the UAE find you, and measures what they do once they arrive.
How we work together
Strategy, sales, project management and client success sit in our Dubai office. Design and engineering are shared with our team of more than forty specialists in Chennai, Coimbatore, Singapore and Malaysia. You have one point of contact in Dubai who knows your store and your deadlines, and a delivery team large enough to run a theme, an integration and a migration at once.
Which platform should I choose for a store in the UAE?
Shopify if you want a hosted platform and your catalogue fits its model. WooCommerce if your store and content belong in one site and you want to avoid monthly fees. Magento for large catalogues and several storefronts. The free call is where we work this out with you.
How long does an online store take?
Most stores launch six to ten weeks after sign off. A small catalogue with existing photography is quicker. Large catalogues, ERP connections or a migration take longer, and the timeline is fixed in the plan before design starts.
Can you connect my store to my accounting or ERP system?
Yes. We sync products, prices, stock, orders and invoices between your store and systems such as Odoo, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho and Tally, with every failed sync logged where your team can see it.
What does the free store review include?
Send us your shop and we check speed on a mid range phone, checkout and payment options, delivery rules and search visibility. You get a short written review and a free 30 minute call to talk it through, with no obligation.
