Magento is the platform for stores that have outgrown the simple ones: catalogues with tens of thousands of products, several brands or countries run from one admin, trade customers with their own prices, or stock split across warehouses. It is powerful and it is demanding. A Magento store in Dubai that is not planned, hosted and tuned properly is slow, expensive to run and a headache to update.
We plan, design and build Magento stores with that in mind. The right edition, Magento Open Source or Adobe Commerce, for your scale. The right hosting and caching, so pages load quickly even with a deep catalogue. Payments, VAT and delivery set up for the UAE and the GCC, and Arabic and English store views that are tested, not assumed.
Our founder has built online stores since 2016, and our engineering team brings the depth a Magento project needs. We take Magento on when it is the right tool, and we tell you when a lighter platform would serve you better.
What is included
- Platform and edition advice: Magento Open Source or Adobe Commerce, and whether Magento is the right choice at all
- A custom theme designed for your catalogue and customers, built on Magento's own front end standards
- Catalogue architecture for large ranges: attributes, configurable products, layered navigation and search that finds things
- Several store views from one admin: brands, countries, currencies and languages where you need them
- Trade features such as company accounts, negotiated prices, quotes and order approvals
- Store setup for the UAE: AED, VAT, Telr, PayTabs, Stripe, Tabby and Tamara, and cash on delivery where it fits
- Shipping integration with Aramex and other couriers for live rates, labels and tracking
- Performance tuning with Varnish, Redis, Elasticsearch and image optimisation, measured against our published budget
- Migration from an older Magento version or another platform, with URLs mapped to protect your rankings
- Training for your team and a month of support after launch
How it works
1. Discover
One call about your catalogue, your markets and the systems behind the store. We look at your current platform and where it slows you down.
2. Plan
Edition, hosting, catalogue model, integrations and a phased scope with fixed price and timeline. Nothing starts until you have signed it off.
3. Design
Category and product pages first, reviewed on a real phone, then search, cart and checkout. Each store view carries your brand and reads correctly right to left where needed.
4. Build
Theme and extensions developed to Magento coding standards, integrations tested with real data in staging, payments tested in sandbox mode and pages load tested before launch.
5. Launch and grow
A planned cutover with redirects, indexing and monitoring in place. Then a month of support and ongoing care, because Magento rewards regular patching and tuning.
Is Magento the right platform for my store in Dubai?
Magento suits large catalogues, several storefronts, trade customers and complex pricing. If you have a few hundred products and a single market, Shopify or WooCommerce will be faster and cheaper to run, and we will recommend them instead.
Magento Open Source or Adobe Commerce?
Open Source covers most needs and has no licence fee. Adobe Commerce adds trade features, content staging and support from Adobe, at a licence cost that only makes sense at scale. We set out the difference in the plan.
How long does a Magento build take?
Longer than a hosted platform. Catalogue size, the number of store views and the integrations drive the timeline, and we fix it per phase in the plan.
Can you handle Arabic and English?
Yes. Magento supports several store views and we set up Arabic and English with right to left layouts tested on real devices, translated attributes and a URL structure that search engines understand.
Who does the work?
Planning, project management and your contact are in Dubai. Engineering is shared with our team of more than forty specialists in Chennai, Coimbatore, Singapore and Malaysia. That depth is what makes a Magento project predictable.
Can you take over an existing Magento store?
Yes. We start with an audit of version, extensions, hosting and speed, then propose a clean up, an upgrade or a rebuild. We tell you which and why.
What does hosting cost?
Magento needs more server than a brochure site, and the cost depends on catalogue size and traffic. We size the hosting in the plan and set out the running costs before you commit.
