Your email lives on an old Exchange server, a shared hosting mailbox or a platform the company has outgrown. Everyone knows it should move. Nobody wants to be the person who loses ten years of mail on the way. That is the job we take off your hands for businesses in Dubai and the UAE.
We migrate mail, contacts, calendars and shared folders to Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or Zoho Mail, and we do it in stages so your team keeps working throughout. The old system stays live until every mailbox is checked on the new one. Then we switch, and we are in your office when your team opens the new inbox for the first time.
Email migration is delivered by Najaha Solutions, our parent company in Al Karama, Dubai, operating since 2020. Our engineers work on site across the UAE, so the fiddly part, every laptop and phone, is done by hand rather than by instruction sheet.

How it works
1. Audit
We take stock of what you have: the platform, every mailbox and its size, who shares what, which devices connect and what breaks if it stops.
2. Plan
A written plan with the destination, the licences, the order of migration and the cut over date, usually an evening or a weekend. Nothing moves until you approve it.
3. Migrate
Mail, contacts and calendars are copied to the new platform while the old one keeps running. Large mailboxes go first so that the final sync at cut over is short.
4. Test
Every mailbox is checked against the source. We send and receive from each account, confirm the domain records and reconnect each device in your office.
5. Support
A month of support after cut over, then help whenever you add people, change licences or want the old server retired properly.
Will we lose any email?
No. We copy everything first, compare the new mailbox with the old one and keep the old system live until you sign off. Mail that arrives during the final switch is delivered to the new platform.
How long does an email migration take?
It depends on the number of mailboxes and how much mail they hold. The copying runs in the background while your team keeps working, and the switch itself happens outside office hours. The plan gives you the dates.
Can you move us from an old Exchange server or hosting email in Dubai?
Yes. Common starting points are an in house Exchange server, a cPanel or Plesk mailbox or an older hosted platform. We connect to the source over IMAP or its own tools and move everything across.
Which platform should we move to?
Google Workspace for teams that want Gmail, Drive and Meet in one place. Microsoft 365 for teams that live in Outlook, Teams and desktop Office. Zoho Mail for a lower monthly cost. We set up and support all three and will tell you which fits.
What do we need to give you?
Admin access to your current email and your domain registrar, a list of users and shared addresses, and a decision on the target platform. We handle licences, records and the move.
Who does the work?
Our own engineers in Al Karama, Dubai, who visit your office for the device setup and the cut over. Our Dubai team manages the project. Where your project also includes a new website or app, that part is designed and engineered by our own team.
What happens to the old server afterwards?
Once you sign off, we export a final archive, remove the domain from the old system and shut it down or wipe it securely. If you prefer to keep an archive, we store it on the new platform.
