How it works
1. Discover
A session with you about your customers, what they need to know and what you want them to do. We review your current site and your competitors.
2. Plan
Sitemap, page plan and the message for each page. A fixed scope with price and timeline, and a list of the content and imagery we need from you and what we write.
3. Design
Direction first: one page, two or three routes, until we agree the feel. Then wireframes, then every template designed at phone width first and reviewed on a real device.
4. Build
Our developers build the design in WordPress or the platform that suits you, with the performance budget checked on every template. If your own team builds it, we hand over tokens, components and a specification.
5. Launch and grow
We check the live site against the design, fix what shifted and stay on for a month after launch. New pages and refreshes follow when you need them.
How long does website design take?
Design for a brochure website usually takes two to three weeks of the four to six week project. Larger sites with more templates take longer, and we fix the timeline before design starts.
Do you design and build, or design only?
Both. Most clients ask us to design and build, because one team owns the result. If you have developers, we design and hand over tokens, components and a specification they can build from.
What do you need from us?
Your brand guidelines if you have them, access to your current site and analytics, and an hour of your time for the discovery session. We can write the copy and direct the photography if you do not have them.
Will the design work in Arabic?
Yes. If your site is bilingual we design the right to left layout as well, with Arabic type chosen to pair with your Latin face, and we test it on real devices rather than mirroring the English version.
Who does the design work?
Strategy and direction come from our Dubai team, who meet you and own the project. Design production is shared with our designers in India, so you get a wider team than a studio our size would normally carry.
Can you redesign our existing site without rebuilding it?
Often, yes. If the platform is sound we redesign the templates and rebuild the theme, keeping your content and URLs. If the platform is the problem we tell you and quote for the alternative.
Will it be fast?
Yes. We design to our published budget, Lighthouse mobile 95 or higher and Largest Contentful Paint under 1.8 seconds. Image sizes, fonts and animation are decided in design, so the build hits the numbers.
