Who we look for
In Dubai
The Dubai team does strategy, sales, project management and client success. We look for people who are good with clients and good with detail: account and project managers who can run several projects without dropping a thread, strategists who can turn a vague brief into a clear plan, and people in sales who would rather understand a business than pitch to it. Arabic is useful. Plain written English is essential.
Design and engineering
Design and engineering sit with our teams in Chennai, Coimbatore, Singapore and Malaysia. They look for brand and interface designers, WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify developers, iOS and Android engineers and QA specialists. If that is you, tell us, and your CV is shared with their team.
What it is like
You work across two countries and one standard. Projects are led from Dubai and built with the team in India and South East Asia, so a designer in Chennai and a project manager in Dubai are on the same call most days. The work is varied: a real estate website one month, a delivery app and a brand film the next. We build to a published performance budget and write in plain English, and we expect the same care from everyone, whichever office they sit in.
