We design interfaces around what people are trying to do. Every screen is designed for the small phone and the slow connection first, because that is where most of your customers are.

How it works
1. Discover
We interview your customers and your team, review your analytics and support tickets, and walk through the competing products. We leave with a clear list of the tasks the product must make easy.
2. Plan
Flows and information architecture for each task, a list of screens and states, and a fixed scope with price and timeline. You see what we research, what we design and what we test.
3. Design
Wireframes first, tested as a prototype with real users. Then visual design on the key screens, reviewed on real phones, and the full set of screens and states.
4. Build
The design system assembled in Figma, every component documented, assets exported and the handover prepared. If our developers build it, the handover is a conversation, not a document.
5. Launch and grow
We review the build against the design before launch, then watch the analytics and recordings afterwards and plan the improvements that matter most.
Do you only design, or do you build as well?
Either. Many clients bring us for design and build together, which is faster and avoids things getting lost in handover. If your developers are building it, we hand over a complete design system and stay available to review the build.
Do you design in Arabic and right to left?
Yes. We design right to left layouts as a first class version, not a flipped copy, and we check Arabic type, number formats and iconography with Arabic speaking users during testing.
How do you test designs with real users?
We recruit a small group of people who match your customers, often in Dubai, and watch them use a clickable prototype. We look for where they hesitate, misunderstand or give up, and we fix those points before anything is built.
What do you need from us?
Access to your analytics and any existing research, time with a few customers and your support or sales team, and a product owner who can make decisions between rounds. If you have an existing product, we start by reviewing it together.
Who does the design work?
Research, strategy and the lead design come from our Dubai team. Screen production and the design system are shared with our designers in India. The developers who build the product are in the same team.
Will the design slow down the website or the app?
No. We design with the performance budget in mind: images sized for the layout, motion limited to what helps, no screen that depends on a heavy library. Our websites are built to score 95 or higher on Lighthouse mobile, and the design is where that starts.
