These services are delivered by Najaha Solutions, our parent company in Al Karama, Dubai, operating since 2020. Sayso Creative grew out of Najaha, so the engineers who install your network sit beside the team that builds your website and runs your marketing. They visit offices across the UAE, and the systems they install are the ones they keep supporting.
What we do
Workplace covers the tools your team opens every morning. We set up business email on Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or Zoho Mail, with the records that keep your messages out of spam. We migrate companies from old servers without losing a message. And we register, host and secure your domains and websites, with SSL certificates renewed before they expire and everything held in your company's name.
Infrastructure is what everything else depends on. We specify and install servers for businesses that still need one on site, and we virtualise them so fewer machines do more work and whole systems restore from a snapshot. We design, install and test structured cabling for new offices and fit outs so every desk, access point and camera has a connection that lasts the lease.
Communications and people covers the rest. A 3CX or IP PABX phone system that rings on desk phones, computers and mobiles, queues calls when everyone is busy and records the ones you need. And hands on IT training at your office, so your team gets value from the tools you already pay for and knows a phishing email when they see one.
How we work together
Every job starts with a survey at your office, because the state of your network and power decides more than any brochure. You get a written plan with a fixed quote and a date. Then our engineers install, test with your staff logged in and hand over documentation you can actually read. Our Dubai team manages the project and stays your point of contact. Where a project also needs a website, a store or an app, that part is designed and engineered by our own team, through the same people.
Do you only work in Dubai?
Our engineers are based in Al Karama, Dubai, and visit offices across the UAE. Email setup and hosting work can be done remotely.
We are moving to a new office. Where do we start?
Talk to us before the fit out drawings are final. Cabling, the comms cabinet, the phone system and the internet connection must be planned before ceilings close. One survey covers all of it.
How does this fit with your web and marketing work?
Closely. Your domain, hosting and email are the foundation your website and marketing stand on, and problems there show up as lost enquiries. Handling them together means one team, one point of contact and nobody blaming someone else's supplier.
Do you sell hardware and licences or only the installation?
Both. We supply servers, handsets, cabinets and cabling and arrange licences for Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoho and 3CX, or we install equipment you have already bought. Either way we tell you what we recommend and why.
