When someone needs a donor at two in the morning, a spreadsheet and a phone tree are too slow. Charities, associations and volunteer groups in Dubai run on willing people, but reaching the right person at the right moment is the hardest part of the work.
Our Community and Donor Apps solution gives organisations a direct line to their members. People sign up with what they can give and where they are. A request goes out to the members who match. The organisation sees who responded and closes the loop. It suits blood donor networks, charities, religious and cultural associations, alumni groups, sports clubs and volunteer networks.
Built from real work
This solution grew from a blood donation app we designed and built. A blood donation app is the hardest version of this problem: a request is urgent, the match depends on blood group and location, and the donor must be told quickly and clearly what to do. The base product grew out of that work, with matching, alerts and follow up generalised to fit any community.

How do you protect members' personal data?
Members choose what to share and who can see it. Health details such as blood group are visible to coordinators only, never to other members. Data is stored on servers you approve, with access limited to the roles that need it.
Can members create requests, or only administrators?
Either. Some organisations want every request checked before it goes out, others want members to raise urgent requests directly. The base product supports both, and you choose in the plan.
We are a small association in Dubai. Is this too much for us?
Not necessarily. The solution is adapted down as well as up. A small association may need only sign up, announcements and events, and the plan removes everything else so you pay for what you use.
Who builds the app?
A project manager in Dubai leads the project and is your contact throughout. Design and engineering are done by our own team in India and South East Asia.
