Most distributors in Dubai still take trade orders the slow way. A sales rep visits, a retailer sends a WhatsApp list, someone in the office retypes it into the ERP, and the mistakes show up on delivery day. Every order costs a phone call, and every price change means a round of messages.
Our B2B Ordering App lets your trade customers order from their phone or desk, at their own prices, from live stock, and sends the order straight into your ERP. Reps spend their visits selling instead of writing. The office stops retyping. Customers see their history, invoices and balance without calling anyone.
Built from real work
This solution grew from an ordering app we designed and built for an FMCG distributor, with synchronisation to their ERP. The base product keeps products, customer prices and stock in step with the ERP and posts orders back into it without a person in the middle. That is the part most ordering apps get wrong, and it is already solved when your project starts.

How we adapt it to you
1. Discover
A call about your products, your customer types and your ERP. We look at how orders flow today and show you the base product.
2. Plan
A fixed scope with price and timeline. The plan names the ERP, the fields that sync, the direction they sync in and the price logic, so there are no surprises in integration.
3. Adapt
Your brand, your catalogue structure and your pricing rules configured. The ERP connector built and tested against your test environment by our engineers, reviewed by the Dubai team.
4. Launch and grow
A pilot with a handful of trusted customers and reps first. Then the full roll out, your team trained and a month of support after launch.
Which ERP systems can you connect to?
Any system with an API or a structured import and export, including SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Tally and Zoho. We confirm the connection method for your ERP during discovery, before you commit.
Our prices differ by customer. Can the app handle that?
Yes. Each customer sees their own price list, discounts and promotions, pulled from your ERP or managed in the app if you prefer. No customer ever sees another customer's prices.
Will my customers in the UAE actually use it?
They use it when it is faster than calling. That is why the base product has repeat last order, barcode scan and a sales rep mode for the customers who still want a visit. Adoption is part of the launch plan, not an afterthought.
Who builds and supports it?
A project manager in Dubai leads the project and remains your contact after launch. Engineering, including the ERP connector, is done by our own team in India and South East Asia.
