Can candidates apply without creating an account?
Yes, with a quick apply that asks only for a CV and contact details. We recommend accounts for repeat applicants because alerts and saved jobs bring them back, and the base product supports both.
Can the portal make money as well as fill roles?
Yes. Employers can pay for listings, featured placement or packages, and you set the prices in the admin. Many agencies run it free at first and switch on paid placements once the audience is there.
Does it connect to our applicant tracking system?
If your system has an API, yes. Applications flow into it and status updates flow back. We confirm the method for your system during discovery.
