The challenge
Yekova Construction is a property developer and contractor in Old Washermenpet, Chennai, building residential projects in neighbourhoods such as Kodingaiyur and Puzhal. Buyers want to know what is available now, what is coming and what has been delivered, and partners want to understand the company's range of services. The site had to answer both in a structure a visitor could grasp at once.
What we built
The site organises projects by stage: ongoing, upcoming and completed, so a buyer can go straight to what suits their timeline. The home page slider presents current residential buildings by name and area, with two bedroom apartments and residential blocks each given their own slide. A services section sets out the company's roles as promoter, property developer and joint venture partner, with turnkey projects and residential and commercial contracts alongside. An about section and a gallery of work support the projects, and an Enquire Now button with the phone number sits in the header. The footer gathers quick links, the project list and the office address.
The outcome
A buyer can find a two bedroom apartment in a particular area in two clicks, and a landowner considering a joint venture can see the company's services and completed work in the same visit. The stage based structure stays useful as projects move from upcoming to completed.
