The challenge
Zuma Designs wanted a fashion film with an editorial feel rather than a product showcase. The brief asked for lightness: soft whites, fluid movement and a refined, almost weightless atmosphere. The risk with that palette is a film that looks washed out or empty. It needed structure and rhythm to hold the eye for its full length.
What we made
Sayso Creative produced a twenty nine second film that follows a poised figure through an ethereal set of mirrors, ivory fabric and sculptural floral styling. Gentle, continuous motion ties the elements together: fabric drifts, the figure turns, reflections shift in the mirrors, and the camera follows at the same unhurried speed. Clean portrait framing gives the piece the feel of a fashion editorial, and the mirrors add depth so the pale palette never flattens. The lighting is bright and soft, and the grade keeps the whites luminous rather than grey. The film was shot in Dubai and finished for full landscape viewing.
The outcome
Akira gives Zuma Designs a signature piece that reads as fashion rather than furnishing, which widens where the brand can appear. Its clean framing and single palette make it easy to cut into stills and short clips for social channels, and its mood sits at the lighter end of the studio's work for the ZUMA family of brands.
