The challenge
My Holiday Hub is a travel service run by its proprietor, Nagaraj NS, who has worked in the travel industry for two decades and has run the agency since 2019. It books flights, plans holidays and honeymoons, and helps with visas. Customers often arrive with a half formed plan and a question. The site needed to show the full range of services plainly and make it easy to ask for help.
What we built
The site opens with an invitation to explore the world and a contact button, then sets out the services: flight ticket booking, domestic and international, holiday and tour packages, honeymoon packages, and visa services covering visit visas, student visas and assistance. An About Us section introduces the proprietor in his own words, which gives a small agency a personal face. Popular tours are presented for browsing, a My Trips section and a gallery show past journeys, and client testimonials sit near the enquiry call to action. An Enquiry Now button appears in the header and the footer so the next step is always visible.
The outcome
A visitor can see within a few seconds that the agency handles the whole trip, from the ticket to the visa, and can send an enquiry without hunting for a form. The personal introduction sets the agency apart from booking engines, which is the point of using one.
