The challenge
On His Own Trip runs group trips led by its founder, Neeraj Narayanan, and a team of trip leaders, to places as varied as Lakshadweep, New Zealand, Laos, Europe and the Hornbill festival in Nagaland. The company's own words are that its trips are about far more than seeing a place, with a strong emphasis on bonding. The site had to carry that feeling, show the upcoming calendar clearly and sell the founder's book alongside.
What we built
The site puts the calendar at the heart of the navigation, with trips listed by month and grouped into themed trips, weekend trips, domestic and international journeys. The home page opens with a Let's Go invitation and a slider of destinations, then lists upcoming trips. Travel Tales gathers the blog, with brand announcements, destination stories, inspiration and interesting facts, and a testimonials section shares what travellers said. An OHOT Trip Leaders section introduces the people who run the trips. Customised trips, visa help and a work with us page round out the menu, and an announcement bar promotes the founder's book, available on Amazon and Flipkart.

The outcome
A traveller can find the next trip for their month, read how previous groups felt about it and meet the leader who will take them, all before enquiring. The calendar structure gives the company a simple way to publish each season, and the stories keep past travellers coming back.
